What is coaching?  Teaching someone how to fish.  Executive coaches help leaders become better leaders.  Though executive challenges may be complex, the role of the coach is to help simplify the issues and assist the executive to find elegant solutions.  Coaching conversations may be enough raising awareness or role-playing might be required. 

My area of expertise is in closing critical business deals.  How many times has a business deal slipped away from you?  One of my clients, who manages over a half billion dollar fund, had an appointment with a prospect who had already cancelled once, allowed only 90 minutes for the meeting, and was just ‘kicking the tires’.  After a brief two hours of coaching my client closed this long-shot deal to start due diligence. The deal is potentially worth $20 million dollars!
